Data privacy

When using the Caspio MCP Server, your queries and data are processed by the third-party AI tool you connect to. While Caspio maintains its data sovereignty and security commitments within the platform, data sent through the MCP Server is subject to the privacy and data handling policies of the AI provider. Depending on the AI tool, your data may be processed in the United States or other regions. Review your AI provider's policies to ensure they align with your organization's requirements.

Limitations

File fields within Caspio tables are not supported through the MCP Server.
AI responses are generated by the connected AI tool and may not always be accurate. Review results before acting on them.
The MCP Server is currently in beta. Features and behavior may change as we refine the experience.
