GPT Connect is ready to use immediately. No setup, no coding, no external accounts required. AI requests are billed through Caspio Credits, which scale with usage. Enterprise customers requiring compliance controls can connect their own OpenAI account.

Resource usage

The extension utilizes two types of resources:

• Integration Calls: An agent makes 3 integration calls per task to send, receive, and log, with an additional call required for each optional file or attachment.
• Credits: AI requests consume Caspio Credits based on model selection, prompt complexity, response length, attached files, web search usage, and the temperature, Top-p, and reasoning effort settings. When knowledge files are uploaded, storage credits apply: 50 credits per GB per day (prorated, minimum 0.01 credit/day). Knowledge files also consume additional credits when used to answer prompts.
